Onboarding Talent with our Internship Programme

Last year we shared the experience of our first intern, Mónica Muñoz, who provided an insight into her time at Linneo. One year on and our internship programme is stronger than ever.

At Linneo, we believe recent graduates are a great resource to onboard up-and-coming talent to our team. This not only gives them the opportunity to gain invaluable real-world work, but these individuals also bring fresh perspectives and ideas into the Company, which helps motivate our team and encourages innovation.

Since starting our internship programme, we have successfully placed several students across various departments at Linneo, including Research & Development, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Excitingly, we recently brought one of our interns, Ada Castillo into Linneo as a full-time team member following her internship, where she demonstrated the values of Linneo, delivered high-quality work, a continued commitment and a desire to develop and learn with us. We are delighted that she chose to continue being part of the Linneo team.

This hire illustrates that our internship programme, which seeks to recruit talented graduates, has proven to be valuable way to find professionals of enormous value for Linneo.

We are committed to continue supporting new professionals who want to join us on this great adventure.

If you are a recent graduate or are near-completion of your studies and are interested in gaining invaluable experience amongst a wonderful and supportive team in a pioneering company and the truly unique and exciting medicinal cannabis sector, send us your CV: rrhh@linneohealth.com.
